Shopping at Ihtijab

This page should tell you everything you need to know about ordering online at Ihtijab. However if you need more information you can check out the FAQ's page or alternatively you can contact us.

How to Order

Before you can make a purchase with us you will need to register to have an account with us. By creating an account at Ihtijab you will be able to shop faster, be up to date on an orders status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made. You will also be able to use facilities only available to members such as chat. As a member you will also be up to date on new arrivals, exclusive offers and promotions.

Here are the steps you need to follow to place an order :

1.    Add the Items You Want to buy to Your Shopping Cart
2. Proceed to Checkout
3. Sign In/Create a New Account
4. Enter a Shipping Address
5.    Choose a Shipping Method
6.    Choose payment method and
7. Review and Submit Your Order then you will be redirected to Paypal site for payment(see instructions below)8.    Wait for your order to arrive in the post! You will receive email updates on your Order Status

Delivery Information

We value our customers and aim to get your order to you as soon as possible. We will email you to confirm your order and also send emails updating you on your order.

Goods will normally be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of your order, but please allow up to 7 working days for them to reach you. Please ensure that all the details that you give us are correct to ensure your order arrives safely.

Orders in UK + Europe

All UK orders are posted using Royal Mail First Class Recorded delivery. This is a secure yet cost effective method of making sure the items will get to you. If your item was lost using this service we are able to replace it. Please note that a signature will be required upon delivery. Estimated delivery is within 3-7 working days.

European Orders are posted using Royal Mail Airmail. Delivery timescale is dependent on destination. Please enquire for more information.

It is our aim to keep postage and packaging costs as low as possible. Unless otherwise stated postage costs are based on order value and are as shown below:

UK + European orders:

Order value up to £9.99- - Postage and Packaging £1.95

Order value up to £19.99 - Postage and Packkaging £2.95

Order value up to £28.99 - Postage and Packaging £3.95

Order value up to £79.99 - Postage and Packaging £4.95

Order value £80+ - Postage and packaging £6.95

International Delivery

We can post worldwide. Here is a list of postage prices via Royal Mail Airmail. Timescales are dependant on country. Please enquire for more information

Order value up to £9.99- - Postage and Packaging £4.50

Order value up to £39.99 - Postage and Packaging £8.50

Order value up to £79.99 - Postage and Packaging £14.95

Order value £80+ - Postage and Packaging £18.95

Customers are responsible for import taxes and customs fees. Ihtijab.com will ship your order out as quickly as possible but we are not responsible for transit time.

Payment methods

Here are the accepted forms of payment:

1. Debit/Credit Card- we accept debit and credit card payments. Once you have gone through checkout process and clicked 'CONFIRM ORDER' you will be redirected to Paypals secure website(This may take a minute to load). On the right hand side of the page there will be log in area for those with a paypal account. On the left hand side of the page there will be an option Don't have a paypal account?, click continue and you will be able to securely enter your card details. After payment you will then be redirected back to our website.

2. Paypal- we accept payments through Paypal service. We do accept e-cheques but please note goods will be posted once the e-cheque has cleared.

3. Postal Order/ Money Order-

Please note that orders will only be sent out once checkout is completed and payment has been received and cleared.We will soon be accepting most credit card and debit cards payments.

Returns Policy

At Ihtijab we are pleased to offer refund or exchange within 14 days of you receiving the order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order we will accept its return provided the original packaging has not been damaged and the product has not been used. Please note you must return the item within fourteen days of receiving your order.

When posting returned goods please include our invoice and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office when you return the goods to us at Ihtijab, 3 Wern Rd, Ammanford,Wales, SA18 1ln.

Please note we cannot pay for any postage costs. Before returning any products please contact us with notification of the problem in question, quoting your order number, product and reason for return. Also if you could please advise us if y ou would wish a refund or exchange.

Once we receive the returned goods we will notify you then process refund or post out exchange. We will post your exchanged item to you free of charge.
