6. Postage and Delivery
Items in the UK will be posted via Recorded Delivery First Class. Please note that with Recorded Delivery you will need an adult at home to sign for the goods. IF you have missed your delivery, please contact your local Royal Mail Sorting Office to arrange collection or redelivery.
If you do not arrange redelivery with the Royal Mail within 7 days, then they will return your order back to us. In this case you will have to pay the postage costs agan in order for us to resend your order.

B. PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS
9. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the goods ordered are not available, you will be notified by e-mail (or by other means if no e-mail address has been provided) and you will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order. Any orders placed by you will be treated as an offer to purchase the goods or services from us and we have the right to reject such offers at any time. 10. Cancellation Rights
Please note that you are entitled to cancel any contract completed with us within 7 working days of receipt of the goods by You or within 7 working days from the day after the services contract was completed..
If you do cancel a contract , then:
- you must Contact Us and inform us.
- you must retain possession of the goods or services and ensure that you take reasonable care of the goods or services until such time as the goods or services are delivered back to us by you at your cost with their original packaging;
- Please note that your right to return an item does not apply to certain items unless the item has a manufacturing fault. Such items include earings, underwear, which may be restricted to an exchange for the same title due to the problem of health and safety;

We regret that Ihtijab cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods so we recommend you get a certificate of posting from the Post Office (this is free of charge) or use recorded delivery also. We will exchange/refund any monies you have paid to us within 30 days of receipt of your cancellation notice or our receipt of the returned goods.
11. Price and Payment
Prices do not include the cost of delivery or any other services. We reserve the right, however, to change prices at any time without notice to you. Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown are accurate at the time you place your order. If within 14 days of accepting your order a pricing error is found in respect of any or all of the goods you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible detailing the mis-priced goods and offer you the option of:-
- placing a new order at the correct price for those goods;
- cancelling the whole of your order; or
- cancelling your order for the mis-priced goods and reconfirming your order for the correctly priced goods.
If, within [7] days of receipt of our notice to you, you have not responded by selecting one of the available options above then
- if all of the goods you have ordered are found to be mis-priced the entire order will be cancelled automatically and we will refund or re-credit you for any sum you have paid for those goods; or
- If only some of the goods you have ordered are found to be mis-priced, our contract with you continues and we will deliver the correctly priced goods but we will not be obliged to supply you with the mis-priced goods. In these circumstances we will refund or re-credit you for any sum you have paid for the mis-priced goods.
Payment can be made by most credit or debit card. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account before the dispatch of your good or provision of the service to you.
You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us we will not be liable to you for any delay or non-delivery.
We can also accept payments from paypal account or via postal order. We will notify you of address to send postal order once order is confirmed. We advise that you retain a prrof of postage(free) from post office at time of postage. We cannot be liable for any payments lost in the post.
If you are in UK and would prefer to make payment over the phone please contact us, we will call you back to collect your card details. Your information will only be used to process payment. We do not store any card details.
12. Eligibilty to Purchase
To be eligible to purchase goods on this Website and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this Website under British law you must:

15. Severance
If any part of the Terms shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions of the Terms.
