We are currently an online shop only. All our dealings are undertaken via email or phone. However we are always doing exhibitions up and down the UK, so keep checking our News and Events page.
2. What types of products do you specialize in?
We specialize in fine quality products including clothing and hijabs, swimwear, prayer dresses, scarves and shawls that are highly prized by Muslim women.
3. How often is your website updated with new products?
We try to update our website as new stock arrives. You can keep up with our new product postings by visiting our site frquently. .
4. Do you have product care instructions for different hijabs?
The safest way to care for your hijab or any delicate clothing is to delicately hand-wash the item in cold water using Woolite detergent. Some items will specify a dry clean only. Read our tips on caring for your hijabs and our Hijab Care FAQ's
5. What are the measurements of a specific item?
You can see the main size measurements of the items you want on the item page and on the size chart. In some products, there are illustrations of the item with specific measurements. See here
6. Do you ship to my country and how much will it cost?
Yes we ship worldwide. Please see our delivery prices here
7. I have a query, how can I get in touch with you?
If you have a query please get in touch with us via our contact us page. We will reply within 24 hours
8. We are a retailer or organisation and would like to buy in bulk quantities

9. How do I order
Once you have browsed through our store simply add the products you would like to buy to your cart, then once you are ready to pay select checkout.After you have signed in or registered you will then be taking through checkout and asked to select shipping address, shipping method, payment then confirm your order. Once you have paid we will prepare your order for despatch and it will arrive in a few days dependant on your destination.
10. I cant log in, I have forgotten my password
We do not have access to your passwords. You will need to click on to "forgot password" and go though the process which will lead you to sending an email reminder.
9.How can I pay for my order?
We will soon be accepting most credit and debit cards through paypal. Currently you need to have an account with paypal to pay us. Also we accept Postal Order. Once you have completed checkout we will inform you how and where to send. Please see more about payment options here.
